1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within this time frame.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be in resellable condition, free from pet hair, stains, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats or food items)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or promotional giveaways
  • Custom or personalised items

3. How to Start a Return
Email us at whiskerntailz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief description of the issue (optional, but helpful!

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend

  1. Returning the item for a refund.
  2. Placing a new order for the correct item

This ensures you get your new item faster and with guaranteed stock availability.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.
